In the afternoon of September 29, 2019, the sports eventto celebrate the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic ofChina with the theme of “Love the Motherland, Love Weihua, Strengthen the Motherlandand Revitalize Weihua” was held in the Company. This event officially kickedoff with the song called “Me and My Country”, and achieved a complete success underjoint efforts.
There are eight teams participating in the event:red team, orange team, yellow team, green team, blue team, purple team, greyteam and gold team, attracting nearly 200 employees. In order to fully show theinterest, the competitiveness and the team spirit of the event. There are threeevents, namely, lazy bike, hula hoop and tug of war. A total of threeindividual event awards and one best team award are granted to participants.During the competition, all team members participated in the eventwholeheartedly, the sound of cheering, shouting, laughing and clapping runningthrough the whole process of the event. The tug of war further pushed the eventto its climax. Finally, after fierce competition, the red team led by the Safetyand Environment Department won the best team award with the highest aggregatescore.
This event not only provides a good platform forenriching the spare time life of employees, cultivating the patriotic feelingsof employees, but also creates favorable conditions for enhancing the teamcooperation awareness and fully improving the cohesion of Weihua New Materials.What we pay for is hard work and sweat, and what we gain is success and joy.All of these fully demonstrate the vitality and tenacity of Weihua.
